Growing Teams Together is our program for Teams. The program is about helping teams to learn more about themselves and each other in order to connect, reconnect and re-establish who you are as individuals and as a team. 

Designed to evolve as individuals and teams do, this is a modularised, online, self paced program to work through with your team over 28 weeks. It is based on the concepts in the poem below which talks through the evolution of a team member as they move from an "I" to a "We". This is a natural evolution for any new team or member of a team as we work through our individual needs and observe how the team works and how we adapt to become part of the collective "we" while maintaining our sense of self and individuality.

Once purchased, the weekly components within the program can be used to refresh concepts or just to maintain connection within your team. This may be useful as the people within your team evolve.
